High tower granulation is a mixture slurry made by melting solid urea or ammonium nitrate (ammonium nitrate, phosphorus, etc.) into a melting liquid and adding corresponding phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, fillers and additives into the melting liquid. Mixture slurry is fed into the tower granulator for spraying and granulating. In the process of material descending from the tower, it interacts with the gas resistance rising from the bottom of the tower. After heat exchange, the mixture slurry falls to the bottom of the tower to form compound fertilizer. The production and operation cost is low, the output is large, the particle strength is high, and the compound fertilizer is smooth, round and non-caking.。
