Guniting Granulation is the most commonly used granulation method in fertilizer industry. It can produce high, medium and low content fertilizers. The mother liquor and the mother granules in the drum are repeatedly sprayed for granulation and drying. The fertilizer granules produced by this granulation have low moisture content and smooth granules. Commonly used raw materials are: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, feces, lazy glutamic acid, sludge, sewage and other liquid materials with high water content, but also finished products can be added bio-bacteria coated to produce bio-organic fertilizer.
